Job Description

Award winning, well known, fast growing restaurant company is recruiting a seasoned Sous Chef to join our Leadership team.

 

Your Duties:

Teaching, coaching and leading a culinary team and overseeing all kitchen activities.

Menu development, planning and execution according to company standards.

Procurement of food supplies and kitchen equipment.

General and direct leadership in an all scratch kitchen using fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients.

Ensure efficient and profitable operations by controlling labor and food costs.

Guarantee a Memorable guest experience by creating “Raving Fans!”

Maintain a positive and fun work environment.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience in a culinary leadership role.
